Ours is a beautiful, well-maintained, architecturally significant property about a 5 minute walk from the central campus. It is one of the original faculty homes -- built in the Spanish Colonial style -- but fully updated. It has fantastic entertaining spaces, both indoor and out, and lovely gardens. There are 4 bedrooms plus a study. Formerly owned by the Dean of the Law School and now by the Chief of Thoracic Surgery in the Medical School. I am sure it is rare that a house of this quality on campus comes up for rent. We will be away for sabbatical for 4 months from Feb-May (inclusive) 2025, but now have only Feb-March still available to rent.
