Stanford housing programs are designed to make home ownership more affordable for eligible faculty, executive staff, and clinician educators. These programs include monthly cash supplements, various loans which lower monthly mortgage costs, and unique long-term ground leases designed to reduce housing prices.
Housing programs may be used for the purchase of property within a specified area.
Stanford has three condominium communities located at Pearce Mitchell, Peter Coutts, and University Terrace.
